xmas in july atc swap

My first attempt at knitting a mini sock turned out too big, so I sent it as an extra, with a lip balm stuffed inside.

I went a little overboard on this atc- the mantle is contructed of balsa wood and stirring sticks that I glued and stained. The sock is hand knit- 6 stitches done in the round! The fireplace has real soot and real wood logs. This sock is 1/3 of the size of the above sock.This is an abstract - part of a xmas tree.
I made a xmas card to send along with this swap.
